Your current system configuration, geyser tank suitability as an upgrade platform, backup power compatibility with a written verdict (A, B, or C), hot water delivery speed and pressure measured at each fixture, and a staged roadmap showing exactly what needs to change and what can stay. Every finding in writing.
Does the assessment cost anything? +
No. Completely free. You receive the full written Signature Water Experience Report regardless of whether you proceed with any installation. No obligation, no follow-up pressure.
Can it be conducted remotely? +
Yes. For diaspora and remotely managed properties, a local contact attends the site visit, you join the findings presentation by video — WhatsApp, Zoom, or Teams — and the written report is delivered to your email within 48 hours.
Do I have to commit to anything? +
No. The assessment is purely advisory — no obligation, no sales pressure, no follow-up if you choose not to proceed. The report is yours.
How long does it take? +
